The Rescue Scuba course involves:
- E-Learning course
- Pool Class and Swim Test in Jacksonville, FL
- 219 yards, different strokes, non-stop
- 438 yards using fins and snorkel, non-stop
- Survival swim for 10 minutes
- Recovery of 10 lb from depth of 10 ft
- A full weekend of diving at Blue Grotto.
- Classroom session held at Blue Grotto
